How to make an appointment
You will need a referral from another Doctor to see Dr Brend in his rooms.
A referral from a GP is valid for 12 months, whereas a referral from another Specialist is only valid for 3 months. A referral is needed so that you can claim a rebate for the consultation fee.
Referrals can be sent to admin@nqpaedsurg.com.au for triage. You will receive a text message once your referral has been viewed and we are able to offer you an appointment.

Fees & Payments
Please contact our practice to discuss our consultation and surgical fees. A 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking for new patients. Payment must be made in full at the time of your consultation. We accept visa, mastercard and eftpos. We do not accept cash or cheque.

Cancellation Policy
Please notify the practice of cancellation as early as possible so that we can offer the time to other children in need. We are happy to arrange another time suitable for you.
As Dr Brend is travelling to provide consultations to you closer to home, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
